Dees Group was formed in 2000 with the first two investment companies - Aimes Ltd and Bens Ltd. Bens Ltd specialised in supermarket operations under the banner of Budgens.

Aimes Ltd started supermarket operations under the banner of Nisa-Aimes Ltd then grew into retail coffee with a partnership with Costa Coffee in 2009.

Prescripton2you Ltd was formed in 2008. This company traded well, up until the sale in 2013. The return on investment was 30 times the original investment.

Forecourt Facilities was also set up in 2008 and this company traded well, looking after the maintenance needs of the Forecourt industry.

Prescription 2 Homes Ltd was sold in August 2014. This company specialised in medicine supplies to care homes and nursing homes. Due to NHS restrictions in the last 3-4 years profitability started to slow so an exit was instrumented.

Bens Ltd is currently trading well within its 3 franchise supermarkets. The grocery market in the UK has now changed, due to more public demand for smaller supermarkets. We will be looking to exit this business in 2015 to return capital to the investors.
